Ganga comes to the ring accompanied by Eye of the Tiger. The crowd seem to be enjoying Peippo's choice of entrance music: Public Enemy - Terminator X to the Edge of Panic . The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganga takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Ganga cracks Peippo with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Ganga throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Peippo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Peippo throws the kick towards the body but Ganga avoids it.
Ganga takes a jab right on the kisser.
Ganga misses with a wild combination.
Peippo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Peippo is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and Peippo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Peippo shoots in looking for a takedown. Ganga tries to sprawl out of it but Peippo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Ganga manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Peippo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ganga looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Peippo throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Ganga because Peippo loaded up on that one.

Peippo has hold of Ganga's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ganga manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Ganga knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Peippo on the ground.
