The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

von Goethe stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and von Goethe wants it to stay on the feet.
Allister tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
von Goethe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Allister.

von Goethe throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Allister lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
von Goethe avoids the head kick by Allister.

Allister has his foot on von Goethe's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. von Goethe works his way back into a safe position though.
von Goethe really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Allister. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
