Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shogun Tokugawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Lin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andy Lin will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lin pushes Tokugawa up against the cage in a clinch.
Lin is pushing Tokugawa up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Lin goes for a takedown attempt but Tokugawa pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Tokugawa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lin shoots in and drives through. Tokugawa sprawls well.
Lin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tokugawa swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Tokugawa decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lin's guard.
Shogun Tokugawa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Lin.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Tokugawa drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tokugawa jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lin wants to stand but Tokugawa is controlling the position.
Tokugawa is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Tokugawa advances position into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tokugawa slows the pace down.

Tokugawa works to advance to full mount. Lin defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
