Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Davison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose De Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davison comes to the cage accompanied by Cinderella Man - Eminem. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davison throws out a loose jab but De Souza uses good head movement to avoid it.
Davison misses with a two punch combination.
Davison misses with an uppercut.
Davison displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from De Souza.

Davison throws a looping overhand right but De Souza ducks down to avoid it.

De Souza shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Davison's guard.
De Souza prevents Davison from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
De Souza wants to control from the top but Davison keeps moving.

Davison has his feet on De Souza's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Davison shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. De Souza eats them both and turns towards Davison to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

De Souza closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Davison is pushing De Souza's head away, looking to escape. De Souza manages to hold on to the position though.
De Souza works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Davison is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, De Souza asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Davison is working to avoid the ground and pound but De Souza connects with a decent elbow.
Davison wants to get back to his feet but De Souza drags him back down.
De Souza cracks Davison with a big right hand but Davison just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Davison parries the strikes from De Souza easily there. De Souza is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Davison to escape.
Davison is trying to get back to his feet.
De Souza scores with a couple of short elbows.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
De Souza swings around for an armbar but Davison sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into De Souza's guard.
Davison pushes down on De Souza's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Davison is keen to just control but De Souza is a slippery customer.

A punch lands to the side of De Souza 's head but he takes it in his stride.

De Souza bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Davison comes at him with an uppercut from hell! De Souza falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! De Souza was out before he hit the floor!

A relieved looking Joshua Davison thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
