Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dennis DeYoung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocco Campana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campana fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and DeYoung has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Campana throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
DeYoung tries to clinch up.
Campana fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Dennis DeYoung has been cut.
DeYoung misses the shot to the body.
Campana digs a good body shot into DeYoung's ribs.
DeYoung checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Campana attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Campana fakes a jab and throws a low kick but DeYoung checks it well.
DeYoung takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

DeYoung fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Campana to the ground. DeYoung is now in Campana's guard.

DeYoung throws a strike but Campana rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Campana pushes down on DeYoung's leg and manages to get into half guard.
DeYoung is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

DeYoung is trying to control the position but Campana postures up.

DeYoung bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Campana's guard.
Campana looking for a sweep. Not yet Campana, not yet.
DeYoung wants to get up but he can't break Campana's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Campana lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for DeYoung!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Campana postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have DeYoung in real trouble here! The ref calls for DeYoung to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
