McClane has Out up against the cage in a clinch.

McClane jumps into guard, dragging Out to the mat.
Out pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McClane is keeping the position for now.

McClane manages to escape and get back to his feet.
A punch combination from McClane misses.
Out tries to score a power double leg takedown but McClane sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Out somewhat.
