Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fap Soup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claudio Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Claudio Diaz!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soup throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Diaz.
Diaz takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Soup blocks a jab.
Soup really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A punch combination from Soup misses.
Soup scores with a nice body kick.
Diaz dives in and grabs Soup's left leg, looking for a takedown. Soup pushes down on Diaz's head and hops out.
Diaz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Soup as he jumps to the side.
Soup throws a nice looking combination but Diaz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A nice leg kick lands there from Soup.
Nice takedown defense from Soup. No joy for Diaz on that attempt.
Fap Soup has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Claudio Diaz.

Diaz dodges the punch combination from Soup.
Soup tries to bum rush Diaz with a series of wild strikes but Diaz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Diaz slips a jab and a cross from Soup.
Diaz takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Claudio Diaz has been cut.

Diaz throws a shot from downtown. Soup moves away and avoids it.
Soup connects with a body shot that sends Diaz's belly button to the back.
Diaz takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Diaz is rocked!
Sloppy strikes from Soup. Those never looked like landing.
Diaz moves out of range as Soup throws a body kick.
Diaz is trying desperately to land a takedown but Soup is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Diaz.
Soup misses with a series of wild punches.
Soup tries to bum rush Diaz with a series of wild strikes but Diaz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Diaz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Soup throws a head kick that misses.
Diaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Soup tries to avoid it but Diaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Soup to the ground. Soup escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Soup throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Diaz counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Soup thinking.
Soup throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Diaz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Soup moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Diaz blocks the body kick.
Diaz wants to slow Soup down by chopping away at his legs.
Fap Soup is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Diaz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Soup.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Diaz.
Diaz looks gassed!
Diaz swings for the body but Soup moves out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Donk. Soup catches Diaz right on the button with a cross.
Soup scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Diaz is still on wobbly legs! Can Soup finish him?
Diaz shoots in looking for a takedown. Soup tries to sprawl out of it but Diaz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Soup manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Soup buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Diaz crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Soup - the referee stops the clock and Diaz gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Soup. Diaz manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Diaz seems to have recovered his senses.

Oooooh!!! Soup has knocked Diaz down with a huge combo! Soup steps away and waves a wobbly Diaz back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Soup plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Diaz swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Diaz face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
