Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dan Morgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nycky Downtime!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downtime avoids a punch combination nicely.
Downtime misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Morgan.
Downtime looks to score with a jab to the body but Morgan is just out of range.

Morgan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Downtime to the mat! Downtime manages to get full guard.

Downtime is looking for a triangle but Morgan pushes his legs off easily.
Morgan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Downtime swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Morgan is pushing down on Downtime's leg trying to pass to half guard. Downtime is fighting to maintain full guard but Morgan has managed to sneak the leg through.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dan Morgan spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
