The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
York misses with a head kick.
Bop stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
A jab from Bop finds it's way through York's defenses.
Bop lands a jab-cross combination.
Bop tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but York paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bop throws a left and a right that both miss
and York counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Bip Bop has been cut.
Bop avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bop looks to throw the jab but York is out of range.
York is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bop ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
York staying out of range there.
Bop throws an overhand right that lands on York's shoulder, as York tries to avoid the shot.
Bop lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
The fighters circling - Bop throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bop paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
York misses with a body shot
and Bop counters with a series of strikes. York will be more careful next time no doubt.
York drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Bop pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

York bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
York pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Bop back to the cage. York follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Bop might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Bop tries to bum rush York with a series of wild strikes but York uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bop swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by York.

York swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bop counters with a lovely straight right hand!
York is pawing at Bop, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Bop's nose. Bop is badly hurt! York pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Bop tries desperately to hold on but York is relentless in his assault! As Bop receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls York away and this one is in the books!
