Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between B J Rodgers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yago Coutinho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Coutinho wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rodgers, who protects the arm well.

Coutinho decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Rodgers ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Rodgers shoots in looking for a takedown. Coutinho tries to sprawl out of it but Rodgers keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Coutinho manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rodgers seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Coutinho does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
