Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fabricio Dias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thorstein Horgmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dias might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Marcelo D2 & Claudia - Desabafo / Deixa Eu Dizer. Thorstein Horgmo has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Fabricio Dias's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fabricio Dias!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Thorstein Horgmo!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horgmo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dias works over Horgmo's head and body with a nice combination.
Dias pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Horgmo misses with a straight right.
Horgmo throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Left hook, right uppercut from Dias.

Horgmo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Dias throws a big shot that misses.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dias cracks Horgmo with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Dias throws a series of punches but Horgmo moves out of range.

Horgmo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dias is trying to defend but Horgmo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Horgmo shoots for a double leg takedown but Dias sprawls well. He's pushed Horgmo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Horgmo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dias was covering up waiting for the punch and Horgmo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Dias is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Horgmo is controlling him.

Dias is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Horgmo controlling from the top position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fabricio Dias dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Horgmo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dias as he jumps to the side.
Horgmo fails with a takedown attempt.

Dias throws the left hand but Horgmo avoids the punch easily.

Horgmo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Horgmo wants to clinch up but Dias keeps it at a distance.
Dias looks to land a right hand but Horgmo moved out of range.
Dias connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Dias throws a jab but it's blocked by Horgmo.

Horgmo is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Dias.

Horgmo is looking to clinch but Dias is avoiding it.
Dias is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Dias throws a looping overhand right but Horgmo ducks down to avoid it.
Dias lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Horgmo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dias sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Dias stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Horgmo is rocked!
Dias throws a right hand that Horgmo ducks under and follows up with a left that Horgmo also avoids with ease.
Horgmo is still on wobbly legs! Can Dias finish him?
Dias plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Horgmo swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Horgmo face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
