Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Naruto Uzumaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terrance Pingshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pingshaw is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Heart of a Champion. The key to victory for Naruto Uzumaki has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Naruto Uzumaki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Terrance Pingshaw!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Uzumaki coming out on top.
Uzumaki lands a jab to Pingshaw's midsection.
Uzumaki misses the jab.
Pingshaw darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Pingshaw just misses with a punch to the body.
Pingshaw throws a jab but it's blocked by Uzumaki.
Pingshaw misses with a head kick.
Uzumaki takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Pingshaw swings widly with a right hand
and Uzumaki counters with a straight right hand.
Uzumaki lands with an overhand left.

Pingshaw is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Uzumaki's half guard.
Pingshaw is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Pingshaw content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

That's one minute gone in the round.
It looks like Pingshaw might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Uzumaki wants to stand back up but Pingshaw manages to pass into side control.

Pingshaw is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Uzumaki is trying to escape and Pingshaw transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Uzumaki is forced to tap! Nice work there by Pingshaw! Very nice indeed!
