Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between The Hulk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hulk comes to the cage accompanied by Hulkamania!. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, The Hulk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Michael Sanders!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hulk closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sanders did well to prevent Hulk getting side control.
Hulk wants to control but Sanders is keeping him busy.
Sanders is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hulk is thwarting Sanders's attempts to control the position.
Sanders tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Sanders has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Sanders is trying to control but can't.
The fighters are battling for position here. Sanders manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Hulk tries to free his leg and advance position but Sanders is retaining full guard.
Sanders trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Sanders is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Hulk sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sanders's guard.
Sanders works his way to full guard. Good work.
Sanders wants to sweep here but Hulk controlling him for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sanders looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Sanders keeping moving, preventing Hulk from controlling successfully.
Sanders wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Hulk preventing the sweep.
Sanders pulls Hulk in close to his closed guard and prevents Hulk from doing any damage or advancing position.
Sanders wants to sweep here but Hulk controlling him for the moment.
Hulk content to stall in guard here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of The Hulk.
Hulk throws a right hand that Sanders ducks under and follows up with a left that Sanders also avoids with ease.

Hulk shoots in and bounces Sanders off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Sanders wants to sweep but no luck.
Hulk tries to free his leg and advance position but Sanders is retaining full guard.
Hulk is pushing down on Sanders's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sanders is fighting to maintain full guard but Hulk has managed to sneak the leg through.
Sanders works his way to full guard. Good work.
Hulk throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hulk has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Sanders working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hulk doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hulk manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sanders bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hulk's guard.

Hulk has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sanders can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Sanders in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Sanders postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Sanders pushes down on Hulk's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sanders connects with a nice short shot to Hulk's temple.
Sanders thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hulk's head.
Sanders with the ground and pound but Hulk uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Sanders throws a big right hand that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sanders with a nice head shot there.
Sanders working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Sanders connects with a couple of short punches.
Hulk utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sanders is looking to work some ground and pound but Hulk has wrist control.
Sanders working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Hulk is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hulk is breathing heavily.
Hulk has momentary wrist control but Sanders slips an elbow through the middle.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sanders works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Sanders scoring with strikes to the body and head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sanders lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Hulk throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sanders tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hulk is in Sanders's guard.
Sanders manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hulk manages to get himself to full guard.

Hulk is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Sanders lands a couple of elbows.


Hulk is rocked!
Sanders postures up and lands a big shot to Hulk's brow.
Oh Hulk is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sanders chips away with some ground and pound.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sanders postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Hulk covers up, he's hurt! Sanders keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Sanders and the ref steps in to end the fight! Sanders can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Sanders!
