Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by KRS One - Step Into a World. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Henderson wants to clinch up but Jackson keeps it at a distance.
Henderson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Jackson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Let's hope that Jackson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A less than humble John Jackson misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
