Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adam Murth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gage R (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murth comes to the cage accompanied by Enemy. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murth gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Murth swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and R counters with a stiff right hand.
Murth scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
R pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Murth fakes high and swings low for a body shot but R manages to avoid it.
R feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Murths jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
R misses with a hook.
R tries to clinch there but Murth circles away.
Murth just misses with a punch to the body.
R misses with a wild body shot.
Murth walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
R takes a swing at Murth's ribcage but misses.

R looks to land a left hand but Murth moved out of range nicely.

R shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than R was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee warns Murth that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Murth tries to hold on but R pushes him away.
R wants to control the pace but Murth is squirming around nicely.
