The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKenzie throws a big shot that misses.
McKenzie keeps the fight on the outside.

McKenzie shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than McKenzie was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chapman is bucking up trying to escape but McKenzie cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Chapman is in a horrible position here. McKenzie smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Chapman is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McKenzie cracks Chapman with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Chapman is trying to stand up.

McKenzie is landing with some decent strikes but Chapman is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Oooooh, big shot lands for McKenzie! Chapman is hurt baaadly! McKenzie is firing away with more strikes - Chapman is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
