Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Keith RunningRabbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sub Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zero throws a jab when RunningRabbit was well out of range.
Zero wants to clinch.
Zero throws a leg kick
and RunningRabbit counters with a series of strikes. Zero will be more careful next time no doubt.
Zero avoids the body shot from RunningRabbit.
Zero lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
RunningRabbit misses with a straight left.

RunningRabbit throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Zero counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Zero shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts RunningRabbit as he jumps to the side.
Zero connects with a leg kick. RunningRabbit looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Zero throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck RunningRabbit on the side of the head.

RunningRabbit lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A solid leg kick lands there for RunningRabbit.
Keith RunningRabbit is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zero tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
RunningRabbit misses with a looping right.
Zero shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with RunningRabbit but RunningRabbit pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Zero throws the left hand but RunningRabbit avoids the punch easily.
Zero tries to score with a low kick but RunningRabbit moves his leg out of the way.
RunningRabbit loads up on a big right hand but Zero slips the punch.
Zero is trying desperately to land a takedown but RunningRabbit is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Zero.
The crowd cheers as RunningRabbit lands an impressive looking overhand right. Zero doesn't seem phased though.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
RunningRabbit tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zero was well out of range. Poor timing from RunningRabbit.

Zero shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. RunningRabbit defends it nicely.

RunningRabbit works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
RunningRabbit throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Zero avoids the body shot from RunningRabbit.
A good leg kick by RunningRabbit.
Good leg kick by Zero there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Zero takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

RunningRabbit thows a body kick. Zero tries to catch it but that hurt him.
RunningRabbit uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Zero has time to react.
Zero throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around RunningRabbit's waist but RunningRabbit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zero off to one side.
Keith RunningRabbit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sub Zero.
Zero gets cracked with a nice right hand there by RunningRabbit.
RunningRabbit throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Zero.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Zero might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, RunningRabbit has got the better of the exchanges.
Zero wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Zero closes the distance and clinches up with RunningRabbit, looking for a takedown. Zero pushes RunningRabbit against the cage but RunningRabbit circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
RunningRabbit ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zero moves away.

Zero pivots, looking for a leg kick but RunningRabbit is out of range and Zero settles back down.

RunningRabbit prevents the takedown attempt.
Zero with an attempt at a knee that misses.
A right handed body shot lands from RunningRabbit.
Zero is breathing heavily.
RunningRabbit presses Zero against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
RunningRabbit goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Zero's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Zero tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
RunningRabbit can't find room to land a body shot as Zero controls the action.
RunningRabbit scores with a nice hook to the head.
Zero has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. RunningRabbit avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
RunningRabbit pushes Zero against the cage. RunningRabbit is working some dirty boxing. RunningRabbit pushes off with a quick right hook! Zero goes down! Zero tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! RunningRabbit moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
