The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borisov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sion tries for a takedown but Borisov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sion fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Borisov tests Sion's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Warmonger Sion has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Borisov cracks Sion with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Sion looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Borisov finish him?
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Borisov has cracked Sion with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Borisov lands another huge swinging hook and Sion tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Sion, before Borisov can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Boyko Borisov!
