The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from McGregor.
Cruz shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. McGregor is trying to defend but Cruz finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Cruz wants to take a breather but McGregor is having none of it.
McGregor manages to get to full guard.
Cruz wants to control from the top but McGregor keeps moving.
McGregor is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Cruz defends well.
McGregor had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cruz defends it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McGregor is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Cruz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McGregor on the ground.

Cruz wants to control from the top but McGregor keeps moving.
Cruz is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but McGregor has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Cruz is looking to defend but McGregor has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Cruz! McGregor pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Cruz taps out and this one is all over!
