Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andreas Bastos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalle Krook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bastos kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is D-Nox & Beckers - One Shot (Flame On Fire Remix) . The crowd seem to be enjoying Krook's choice of entrance music: Courage. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Krook gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bastos to score an easy takedown into full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Krook preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Bastos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Krook swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bastos seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Krook is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Bastos gets his way!
