The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cerdan throws a jab but it's blocked by Walter.
Walter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cerdan moves away.
Cerdan throws a right hand that misses
and Walter counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Cerdan is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Walter has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Walter there as he acknowledges the shot.

Walter moves forwards but Cerdan connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Walter tries to land a leg kick but Cerdan saw it coming and moves away.

Cerdan throws a looping overhand right but Walter ducks down to avoid it.
