Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Fu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yin Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yin Hong has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Freddy Fu's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fu stuffs the takedown.
Fu thows a body kick. Hong tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fu. Hong shrugs it off though.
Hong shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fu as he avoids it easily.
Hong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fu tries to avoid it but Hong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fu to the ground. Fu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Hong is looking for a kimura but Fu is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hong to get the leverage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hong is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Fu has managed to free his arm - good work.

Hong is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
