Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glen Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Landon Kaplan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaplan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Of Wolf And Man by Metallica kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Landon Kaplan acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kaplan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Davis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kaplan is looking to clinch.
Kaplan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Davis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kaplan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Davis manages to avoid it.
Kaplan misses with a lunging right hand
and Davis counters with a straight right hand.
Kaplan shoots in but no luck this time.
Kaplan shoots in for a double leg but Davis sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kaplan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kaplan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Davis circles away.
Glen Davis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Landon Kaplan.
Kaplan tries to move into range but Davis moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Kaplan bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Davis's head.

Kaplan fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Davis is out of range.

Kaplan walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Landon Kaplan has been cut.
Davis works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Kaplan looks to throw the jab but Davis is out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kaplan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kaplan gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Davis to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Davis pulls Kaplan in close to his closed guard and prevents Kaplan from doing any damage or advancing position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Davis has his feet on Kaplan's thighs here. He's pushed Kaplan off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Kaplan screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
