Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Cappo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cappo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Cappo tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Escobar counters with a nice uppercut.
Escobar lands with a right hand.
Cappo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Cappo tries to clinch there but Escobar circles away.
A head kick misses from Escobar.
Cappo walks into a left hand.
A punch combination from Escobar misses.
Escobar lands a jab.

Cappo is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cappo tries to clinch up.

Escobar drops Cappo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cappo looks back up at him and smiles so Escobar waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Cappo is still on wobbly legs! Can Escobar finish him?

Escobar circles away from the clinch attempt
and Escobar counters with a huge left! Cappo is in big trouble! He's backing up but Escobar isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Cappo from any more damage. A dominating finish by Escobar!
