The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonhson fails to land with a series of punches.
Jonhson looks to land a right hand but Anderson moved out of range.
Anderson connects with a jab.
Jonhson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

It looks like Jeff Jonhson has been cut.
No luck for Anderson with that takedown attempt.

Jonhson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Anderson throws a body punch but Jonhson moves out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jonhson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Anderson's head backwards.
Anderson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Anderson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Anderson.
Anderson throws a hook but Jonhson avoids it easily.
Jonhson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Greg Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jonhson jabs Anderson right on the nose. Anderson blinks but takes it well.

Jonhson drops Anderson with a straight right hand, right on the button! Jonhson follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
