Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diego Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sunnah Hadith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rua comes to the cage accompanied by Time For War. The crowd seem to be enjoying Hadith's choice of entrance music: Outshined - Soundgarden. Diego Rua is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hadith shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rua napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Hadith is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rua is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Hadith working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Hadith tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hadith has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hadith wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rua, who protects the arm well.

Hadith is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rua has escaped the position, nice work there.

Hadith swings around for an armbar but Rua sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Hadith's guard.

Rua won't allow Hadith to sweep him here.

Hadith is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Rua gets to his feet - Hadith follows without any prompting.
Rua tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hadith was well out of range. Poor timing from Rua.

Rua closes the distance and clinches.
Hadith has Rua pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Rua manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Diego Rua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hadith throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hadith misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rua tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hadith paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rua fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rua doesn't manage to clinch there - Hadith circles away.
Rua is looking to clinch.
Rua moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Rua is looking to land body kicks.
Rua tries to clinch but Hadith moves out of range.
Rua misses with a straight right.
Hadith throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Rua closes the distance and clinches.
Rua stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Rua wants the takedown. Hadith is fighting it off but Rua persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Hadith's guard against the cage.

Rua content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Rua has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Rua is sitting in close to Hadith's body. Hadith has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Rua is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Rua is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Hadith.
