The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beucher throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Beucher displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Coughlin.
Beucher keeps the fight on the outside.

Beucher clinches with his opponent.
Coughlin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Coughlin tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Beucher is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Beucher has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Coughlin lands an uppercut.
Beucher is looking to break free of the clinch but Coughlin has double underhooks.
Coughlin keeps control of Beucher as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Coughlin tries a knee to the head but Beucher blocks it.
Coughlin is leaning against Beucher and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Coughlin gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Coughlin tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Beucher manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
