Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trinity misses with a kick to the body.
Fernando looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Trinity shoots in but no luck this time.

Fernando closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Trinity quickly recovers to half guard.
Trinity makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Trinity.

Trinity is looking for a sweep. Fernando is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Fernando is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Trinity tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Trinity is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fernando's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fernando's back!
Fernando controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

Fernando won't enjoy being in this position. Trinity looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Fernando is tapping - it's over boys! Trinity picks up the submission victory!
