The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamaguchi scores with a head kick. Brown tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Leroy Brown has been cut.

Yamaguchi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Brown sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Yamaguchi throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Brown tumbling to the canvas!

Yamaguchi connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Yamaguchi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Brown throws out the jab.
Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yamaguchi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Brown doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Yamaguchi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Brown blocks a head kick by Yamaguchi.
Brown on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Yamaguchi dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Brown gets tackled into the cage by Yamaguchi. Yamaguchi maintains the clinch.
Yamaguchi pushes Brown back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Yamaguchi tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Brown's elbow.
Yamaguchi lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Yamaguchi pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Yamaguchi is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Brown avoids a wild elbow strike from Yamaguchi.
Yamaguchi fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Brown breaks the clinch.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Brown.
Brown throws a right and a left that Yamaguchi avoids nicely.
Brown throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Brown throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Good leg kick by Yamaguchi there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Brown gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Yamaguchi lands with a nice body kick.
Yamaguchi tries to clinch but Brown is having none of it.
Yamaguchi buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Brown stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Yamaguchi.
Yamaguchi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Brown momentarily.
Yamaguchi scores with a kick to the body.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Yamaguchi.
Yamaguchi lands a nice looking body kick.
Yamaguchi is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Brown rather than just go for the knockout.
Brown walks into a jab.
Yamaguchi lands a big head kick that sends Brown to the canvas! Yamaguchi follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
