Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mixtli Azteca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gio Naza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Azteca might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Graveflower by Acid Bath. Naza has chosen Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naza shoots in and drives through. Azteca sprawls well.

Naza throws a solid leg kick but Azteca takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Naza.

and Azteca counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Naza lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Azteca has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Azteca and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Naza fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Azteca to the ground. Naza is now in Azteca's guard.

Naza ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Azteca moves away.

Naza changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Azteca looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Naza misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
