And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 85 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cottontail Rabbit!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rabbit looks to score with a jab to the body but Cavalcantti is just out of range.

Cavalcantti gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Cavalcantti throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rabbit was covering up waiting for the punch and Cavalcantti finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Cavalcantti postures up in Rabbit's guard and throws a big left but Rabbit blocks it.

Cavalcantti stands up and waves to Rabbit to follow him.

Rabbit gets caught napping as Cavalcantti dives in and scores a takedown. Rabbit manages to retain guard.

Cavalcantti gets to his feet. Rabbit looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Cavalcantti scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Cavalcantti stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

Cavalcantti is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rabbit's half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Rabbit is looking to escape.
Rabbit really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cavalcantti. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
