And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Jonas Gustafsson!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafsson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gilmore's waist but Gilmore gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gustafsson off to one side.
No joy there for Gilmore, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gilmore swings away with a body shot that misses

and Gustafsson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Gustafsson is working for a kimura but Gilmore is defending it quite comfortably.

Gustafsson is working for a submission of some sort.

Gustafsson is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Gilmore has managed to free his arm - good work.
Gustafsson stops Gilmore from getting back to his feet.

Gustafsson wants to work for an arm triangle but Gilmore is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
