The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balsac cracks Juarez with an open hand slap.
Juarez thumps Balsac with a low kick.
Juarez scores with a punch to the head.
Juarez throws a combination. Balsac tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Juarez takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Balsac does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Balsac tries a low kick but Juarez avoids it.
Juarez misses with a looping right.
Balsac misses with a wild body shot.
Balsac fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Juarez.

Balsac misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

A decent looking cross lands there for Balsac.
Juarez tries to close the distance and clinch but Balsac swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Juarez ducks under a wild hook from Balsac.
Balsac looks for the body kick but Juarez saw that one coming.

Balsac throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Juarez closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Balsac is trying to break the clinch but Juarez has him pressed against the cage.
A left hand lands to the body for Juarez.
Balsac has had enough of the clinch but Juarez keeps him there for the moment.

Juarez lands a left hand that snaps the head of Balsac backwards.

Balsac is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Juarez digs a right hand into Balsac's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Balsac's gas tank.

Juarez dips a shoulder and cracks Balsac with a mighty uppercut! Balsac falls back against the cage and Juarez unloads with a barrage of strikes! Balsac is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Juarez screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
