Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Axe Rezo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dian Wei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Axe Rezo had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rezo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wei circles away quickly and effectively.

Rezo clinches.
Wei misses with a short punch on the inside.

Wei is fighting to break Rezo's control of his arms but Rezo is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Rezo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wei has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rezo has managed to get both his arms back between Wei's legs - danger averted.

Rezo is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Wei knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Wei for a finish.

That was a close round but I would say that Axe Rezo will probably get the nod.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Wei drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wei jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
