The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aleksejev throws a right and a left that both miss.
Aleksejev looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Nice shot lands for McTavish.
Sloppy strikes from McTavish. Those never looked like landing.
McTavish blocks a jab.
McTavish moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Aleksejev misses with a series of wild punches.
Aleksejev has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Aleksejev throws a right and a left that both miss.

McTavish stalks Aleksejev and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Aleksejev's face. Aleksejev staggers backwards, shaken.
Left hook, right uppercut from McTavish.
McTavish connects with a body shot that sends Aleksejev's belly button to the back.
McTavish is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
A left lands for McTavish.
McTavish lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
McTavish scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
McTavish cracks Aleksejev with an open hand slap.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McTavish lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
No joy there for Aleksejev, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McTavish bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
McTavish slips a jab and a cross from Aleksejev.
McTavish works over Aleksejev's head and body with a nice combination.
Aleksejev is rocked!
McTavish circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Aleksejev drops to the canvas, hurt badly! McTavish follows Aleksejev to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
