Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marty Garcilazo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andres Iniesta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Iniesta is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eminem - No Love ft. Lil Wayne. Andres Iniesta will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marty Garcilazo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andres Iniesta!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Luis Engracia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garcilazo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Garcilazo lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Iniesta keeping moving, preventing Garcilazo from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Garcilazois looking to pass into half guard but Iniesta pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Iniesta is in guard.

Garcilazo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Iniesta gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Iniesta got a little sloppy there for a moment and Garcilazo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Iniesta has managed to get both his arms back between Garcilazo's legs - danger averted.

Iniesta stands up and waves to Garcilazo to follow him.

Garcilazo throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Iniesta tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Garcilazo is in Iniesta's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Garcilazo looking to sit in guard and control but Iniesta gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Iniesta stands up from Garcilazo's guard - Iniesta perhaps looking for a knockout.

Garcilazo closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Iniesta quickly recovers to half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Garcilazo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Garcilazo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Garcilazo is looking to take a break and control but Iniesta is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Garcilazo shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Iniesta napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Iniesta regains half guard there - taking advantage of Garcilazo's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Garcilazo is looking to take a break and control but Iniesta is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Garcilazo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Garcilazo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Garcilazo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Iniesta defends it well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Garcilazo trying to work for an americana but Iniesta has managed to regain full guard.

Garcilazo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Iniesta swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Garcilazo is looking for a triangle but Iniesta pushes his legs off easily.
Iniesta tries to free his leg and advance position but Garcilazo is retaining full guard.

Garcilazo is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Iniesta defends well.

Iniesta gets to his feet. Garcilazo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Iniesta really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Garcilazo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
