Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Belford Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Bourne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scott comes into the arena with Big Balls by AC/DC blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronald Belford Scott!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Bourne!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Bourne.
Bourne tries to clinch but Scott moves out of range.
Bourne explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Scott is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bourne takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Scott instigates a clinch.
Bourne lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Scott tries to work over Bourne's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Scott is trying to stall.
Bourne throws a knee to the head but misses.
Bourne holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Bourne tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Scott's elbow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Scott avoiding damage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bourne creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
A nice left hand lands by Bourne.

Scott breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Scott takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Scott moves out of range of the strikes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Scott fails in his attempt to clinch.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bourne. That's going to slow Scott down.
Bourne avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A jab from Bourne misses.
Bourne lands a nice looking kick to the body. Scott takes a step back to recover.
Scott lands with a straight right. Bourne didn't see that one coming.
Bourne throws a sloppy head kick and Scott moves out of range easily.
Bourne keeps the fight on the outside.
Scott sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Ronald Belford Scott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bourne closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Bourne throws a leg kick but Scott sees it coming and moves out of range.
Scott bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bourne's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Scott throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Scott blocks a jab.
Scott jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Bourne instigates a clinch.
Scott blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Scott has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Bourne lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Scott tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
A short uppercut from Scott.
A frustrated look appears on Scott's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Nice body punch from Scott - that landed with a thud.
Scott tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Bourne avoids it.
Bourne misses with the head strike.
Bourne doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Scott tries for a takedown. No joy.
Scott scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Bourne is looking to control Scott's arms but Scott gets an underhook and turns him. Now Bourne has his back to the cage.
Bourne lands with a right to the head.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Bourne as Scott tries to tie him up.
Scott blocks an uppercut.
Bourne lands an elbow inside that Scott shrugs off.
Scott lands a hook that snaps the head of Bourne backwards.
Bourne tries to throw a body punch but Scott avoids it by throwing Bourne back against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Scott comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Bourne is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
A nice right hand lands inside from Scott.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bourne.
A short uppercut from Bourne.
Scott throws a punch but it's blocked by Bourne.
A right hand to the body from Scott.
Scott is trying to push Bourne away but Bourne has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Scott lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bourne backwards.
Bourne stalls.
Bourne misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bourne working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Bourne throws a head punch that misses.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bourne.
Bourne throws an elbow but it misses.
Scott blocks a body shot from Bourne.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Scott has a couple of punches blocked by Bourne.
Bourne lands a body punch in the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bourne goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
A short uppercut from Bourne.
Bourne goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bourne throws a head punch that misses.
A short right from Scott.
Scott blocking some punches.
Scott lands a nice uppercut.
Bourne gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Scott.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Bourne.
Bourne throws a punch but it's blocked by Scott.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bourne looking to stall.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Scott.
Scott missing with knees to the body.
Scott is looking to break free of the clinch but Bourne has double underhooks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Jason Bourne will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Bourne throws a head kick that Scott semi-blocks.
Scott misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bourne gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Bourne fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Scott is out of range.
Scott slips under a jab.
Scott feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bournes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A slow jab from Bourne misses its intended target.
Scott lands with a hook. Bourne tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Bourne takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Scott scores with a jab to the jaw.
Scott gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Bourne gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Scott is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Bourne!
