Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Boot Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Head throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wallace.
Head pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wallace shoots in looking for a takedown. Head tries to sprawl out of it but Wallace keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Head manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Wallace has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Head.
Shawn Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from Wallace misses.
Wallace looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Boot Head has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shawn Wallace.

Head lands a big head kick that sends Wallace tumbling to the mat! Head takes a step backwards and waves Wallace back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Wallace is rocked!

It looks like Shawn Wallace has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Head feints and then cracks Wallace's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wallace down.
Wallace is still on wobbly legs! Can Head finish him?
Wallace shoots for a takedown but Head saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Head throws a powerful right kick. Wallace tried to block low but the kick was high! Wallace was taken right off of his feet! Head jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
