Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stretch Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Tooreal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Armstrong might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Coal Chamber--Big Truck. The crowd seem to be enjoying Tooreal's choice of entrance music: Forever. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Armstrong or perhaps it was just good defense by Tooreal which made him look bad.
Armstrong throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tooreal's waist but Tooreal gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Armstrong off to one side.
Armstrong looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tooreal is fending him off so far but Armstrong persists. Nope, Tooreal circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stretch Armstrong. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tooreal closes the distance and clinches.

Armstrong has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tooreal is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Armstrong tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tooreal smiles and moves away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Armstrong has his foot on Tooreal's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tooreal works his way back into a safe position though.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Armstrong is on top in guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tooreal can do anything to dispel that myth.
Tooreal tries to lock up and control but Armstrong gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Armstrong is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Tooreal is surviving well by controlling Armstrong's body position as best he can.
Armstrong unloads with some shots from mount but Tooreal bucks and avoids them well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tooreal can't escape the position.
Armstrong pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.

Armstrong is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Tooreal is in real trouble.

Tooreal really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Armstrong. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
