Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ben Doon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyle Willems (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doon tries to clinch
and Willems counters with a low kick, right behind Doon 's knee.
Doon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Willems throws out the jab.

and Doon counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Willems pulls Doon in close to prevent any damage.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Willems wants to sweep here but Doon controlling him for the moment.

Lyle Willems has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Willems throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Doon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Willems dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Doon. That did some damage!

Ben Doon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
