Edwards throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Roberts looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

and Edwards counters with a thumping low kick.

Edwards lands a big head kick that sends Roberts tumbling to the mat! Edwards takes a step backwards and waves Roberts back to his feet - he wants the finish!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Edwards lands a nice looking kick to the body. Roberts takes a step back to recover.

Tim Roberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Edwards fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Roberts.
Edwards lands with a kick to the ribs.

Edwards moves into range and clinches up with Roberts.
Edwards lands a nice shot to the body.
Edwards displaying some good clinch control by pressing Roberts up against the cage.

Edwards escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
