The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dos Santos sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Barbosa somewhat.
Barbosa looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Dos Santos moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Dos Santos looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Barbosa won't allow Dos Santos to get back to his feet.
Barbosa working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Dos Santos's head.
It looks like Junior Dos Santos has been cut.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Barbosa postures up in Dos Santos's guard and throws a big left but Dos Santos blocks it.
Dos Santos pushes Barbosa off and gets back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dos Santos blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Barbosa gets underhooks to prevent Dos Santos's takedown attempt.

Barbosa has hold of one of Dos Santos's legs. Dos Santos is fighting the takedown attempt but Barbosa gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Barbosa postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Dos Santos is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Dos Santos is striking off his back. Barbosa thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Barbosa is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dos Santos doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Barbosa.
Barbosa is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Dos Santos is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
