Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milano Mazric (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sekhmakh Mubarak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mubarak looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mubarak connects with a nice short shot to Mazric's temple.

Mazric looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Mazric is looking to improve his position.
Mubarak throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Mazric to regain full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mubarak stands up over Mazric, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Mazric is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mubarak tries to kick Mazric off but Mazric keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Mazric gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Mazric slaps away a takedown attempt from Mubarak, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Mazric throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Mubarak closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mazric did well to prevent Mubarak getting side control.

Mubarak is sitting in close to Mazric's body. Mazric has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Mubarak is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Mubarak is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Mazric.
