Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Enzore Gringo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Peers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Enzore Gringo had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Enzore Gringo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, William Peers!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gringo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gringo misses with the combination.
Peers is looking to clinch but Gringo is avoiding it.
Peers misses with a body kick.
Peers tries to clinch up.

Gringo has Peers up against the cage in a clinch.
Gringo blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Gringo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Peers is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Gringo tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Gringo unloads a knee to the mid-section. Peers lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

That was a close second round but I would say that Enzore Gringo will probably get the nod.

Peers is pressed up against the cage. Gringo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Peers down to the mat. Peers avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

I would just about give that final round to William Peers.
I think Peers has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
