PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kelvin Celsius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taavi Liisteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Celsius comes to the cage accompanied by The Prodigy - No Good. Liisteri comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Solid Base - I like it kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Celsius counters with a straight right hand.
Celsius keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Liisteri shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Celsius sprawls well. Celsius wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Liisteri gets slowly back to his feet.
Kelvin Celsius has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Taavi Liisteri.
Liisteri closes the distance and clinches up with Celsius, looking for a takedown. Liisteri pushes Celsius against the cage but Celsius circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Liisteri shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Celsius is trying to defend but Liisteri finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Celsius is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Liisteri's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Liisteri's back!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Celsius accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Celsius is working Liisteri over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Liisteri working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Celsius doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Celsius manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Celsius drops back looking for a leg! Liisteri is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Liisteri manages to kick Celsius off! Celsius jumps back into Liisteri's guard.

Liisteri has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Celsius can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Celsius is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Liisteri goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Celsius!
