The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Lamont as Hurt shoots in.
Lamont has managed to clinch.
Lamont jumps guard but Hurt turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Hurt is trying to trip Lamont. He has hold of a leg but Lamont is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Hurt persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Hurt passes Lamont's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Hurt trying to pass the guard but Lamont defending well.
Lamont is looking for a sweep. Hurt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Hurt is looking to advance position but Lamont won't allow it.
Hurt is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Lamont is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hurt controlling the action here.
Lamont with the active half guard here but Hurt passes nicely into side control.

Lamont on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hurt passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Lamont!
Hurt moves to take his opponent's back.
Hurt looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Lamont taps!
