Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Knoxville (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matti Nykanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knoxville comes into the arena with Big Ballz blaring out of the sound system. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knoxville misses with a takedown attempt - Nykanen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Knoxville shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Nykanen gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Knoxville has his foot on Nykanen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nykanen works his way back into a safe position though.

Knoxville has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nykanen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Knoxville really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Knoxville has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Nykanen is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Knoxville.
Nykanen is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

It looks like Nykanen might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
