Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Levi Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saku Toivonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Saku Toivonen!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speed scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Toivonen doesn't seem bothered though.
Good standup being displayed there by Speed as he connects with a hook.
Toivonen tries to work over Speed's front leg with a kick but Speed checks it.
Toivonen drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Toivonen is looking to clinch but Speed is avoiding it.
Speed connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Toivonen momentarily.
Toivonen moves out of range as Speed strikes.
Toivonen throws the kick towards the body but Speed avoids it.
Speed lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Decent striking displayed by Speed there.
A jab from Speed does it's job there.
Speed changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Speed throws a series of punches but Toivonen avoids them all with ease.
Speed swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Toivonen.
Speed keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Toivonen misses with a wild combination.
Toivonen looks to clinch
and Speed counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Speed swats away the attempt to clinch by Toivonen.

Toivonen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Speed works Toivonen's body with a nice hook.
Some bone on bone action there as Speed checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Speed scores with the left hand. Toivonen knows he should have avoided that one.
Levi Speed is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Speed counters with a nice body shot.

Toivonen takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Speed scores with a one two! Toivonen had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Speed lands a head shot.
Toivonen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Toivonen tries a head kick but it misses.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Speed comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Speed lands a nice hook to Toivonen's body. Toivonen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Speed walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Toivonen drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Speed swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Toivonen's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
