The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uraev shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Azevedo pinned against the cage. Azevedo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Uraev fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Azevedo avoids it really well and circles away.
Uraev shoots in and drives through. Azevedo sprawls well.

Azevedo keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Uraev's efforts to push away.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Uraev breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Azevedo lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Uraev stuffs the takedown attempt from Azevedo . Azevedo gets slowly back to his feet.
Shamil Uraev is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Uraev lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
