Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mouth Wash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnjo O Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Neill has chosen 7 drunken nights as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnjo O Neill!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Neill showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wash.
Wash swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wash lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Wash.
O Neill tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wash swats away the attempt to clinch by O Neill.
O Neill throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
O Neill fails with an attempt to clinch.
O Neill tries to clinch but Wash moves out of range.
Wash avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wash swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
O Neill tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wash paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wash stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from O Neill.

Wash throws a nice looking combination but O Neill bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Wash rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but O Neill moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - O Neill looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Wash fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Wash is trying to force a seperation but O Neill has the dominant position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mouth Wash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wash will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Johnjo O Neill showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
